Shipping policy
When will my order be dispatched?
Currently we are limiting our dispatching days to once a week, usually on a Tuesday.
UK shipping is by Royal Mail either 1st or 2nd class postage. You can also choose to have recorded (tracked delivery) at the time of purchase.
All other countries lie within the Rest of the World and this is by Royal Mail Standard Airmail and will be dependent on national postal service and customs clearance. (Usually 10 working days, though customs clearance can make this longer.) Again, you can upgrade to International Signed For Postage at the time of purchase if you require tracking. This will be delivered by your national postal service.

Europe: Unfortunately due to the new EU GPSR regulations coming in to place on the 13 Dec 2024 I as a small business will no longer be able to ship to countries included in the European Union
Import duty/Local Taxes
Please be aware that we ship from the UK and that international orders may incur local import/customs charges.
America 10% Import Tariff's:
A note to my American friends: With the changes to your import taxes and requests by your government that they are paid in advance of entering the country, I don't currently have a way to collect these extra charges at the checkout but I am still happy to ship your orders to you. The extra tariff is 10% of your order value, I can process this in two ways for you, I can either screen shot the calculation during the shipping processing and send you a separate invoice or you can add 10% to your order via the Tip function at the checkout. Both of these options enable me to prepay your import fees so you don't have a surprise bill or to deal with customs pre delivery.
